1. I have a new iPhone/iPad. How can I reinstall my eSIM profile on it?

Contact our support to request a SIM swap by providing:
  • Old device model/brand
  • New device model/brand
  • EID of your device (under Settings/General/Information)
  • Email address used for your account
2. My eSIM profile is installed and active on my iPhone/iPad, the network is displayed but I don’t have access to the Internet, what should I do?

To get a network, you must perform a manual network search. To do that, in your iPhone/iPad go to:
  • Settings
  • Mobile Data
  • in DATA PLANS, select your eSIM profile “Secondary”
  • Choose Network selection
  • in order to execute a manual search, turn off the automated mode
  • Select the network from the drop-down menu when the list of available networks appears
3. Where Can I Find my Confirmation Code?

Please check your purchased data package duration. Open Numero -> My Numbers & Data -> My Data -> Installation Guide -> View You QR or SM-DP+Address and Activation code
4. I purchased the wrong data plan and did not use it, how can I change it?

Please contact our customer support department as soon as possible, enclosing the payment ticket for the "wrong" data plan that you received through email. It's important to know that if the data plan has been used (even partially), you won't be able to change it.
