Delete Numero Account
Do you want to delete your account at Numero eSIM? First, we would like to inform you that if you have a problem using the Numero eSIM app, you can contact our customer support team and get help to fix any problems you are facing.
If after that you still want to delete your account, you can easily do that, but there are some important notes to consider before deleting your account.
Important notes to consider before deleting your account
- If you delete your account, you will lose all of your account data including purchases, and deleted accounts can’t be retrieved.
- You must cancel any active subscriptions before requesting to delete the account. In order to cancel active subscriptions from the store, follow the instructions in this tutorial.
- After an account deletion request, accounts will be suspended for 48 hours, and if you log in during this period, the deletion request will be canceled.
Follow the steps below to delete your account.
For iOS users
- From the home page.
- Go to “Settings”.
- Scroll down and tap on “Delete Account”.
- A message will appear with the notes mentioned above.
- Make sure that you have canceled any active subscriptions from the store to avoid any future charges from the store.
- If you are sure you want to proceed, click “Yes”.
For Android users
The “delete account” feature from Numero eSIM settings is not available for Android, but you can easily cancel active subscriptions to avoid any charges from Google Play store settings following the steps in this tutorial, after that, delete Numero eSIM app from your phone.
