- From the home page, select “Support Center”
- Here you can view your tickets history or send a new ticket. If you want Numero eSIM support center help, click on “OPEN TROUBLE TICKET”.
- Numero eSIM app suggests that you choose an issue from the list, or you can choose “Other” to write an non-mentioned issue
- Here you can write the subject, compose your message and attach images to clarify your issue, as shown in the image below.
