  1. Tap on the main menu icon on the top corner of the screen, then select “Support Center” as shown in the image below:

  2. Here you can view your tickets history or send a new ticket. If you want Numero eSIM support center help, click on “OPEN TROUBLE TICKET” as shown in the image below:

  3. Numero eSIM app suggests that you choose an issue from the list, or you can choose “Other” to write an non-mentioned issue as shown in the image below:

  4. Here you can write the subject, compose your message and attach images to clarify your issue, as shown in the image below:
    Note: You can write the message in any language.
    Note: To be able to attach an image in your ticket, make sure to give Numero eSIM app the needed permission to access your mobile photos library.

  5. When you complete the above steps successfully, you will receive this message: “Your ticket was sent successfully. Our representative will answer you shortly” as shown in the image below:

  6. Numero eSIM customer support team will reply to your ticket in the next 24 hours and you will receive a notification tell you that you have a new message in the support center as shown in the image below:

  7. Open the tickets history in Numero eSIM app to read the new message from our customer support team as shown in the image below:
