Frequently Asked Questions

Numero Credit is the balance used within the app to pay for services like making calls, sending SMS, activating features, and purchasing products.

You can dial the number you want to call in the dial pad or choose your contact, and the call rate will be displayed underneath the number. Call rates are displayed per minute.

This could be due to:

  • Insufficient credits.
  • Incorrect or inaccessible numbers (e.g., missing country key).
  • Poor internet connection or no connection at all.

You can check rates for different countries by visiting the “Numero Money” page in the app, and choose the country from the menu at the bottom of the page.

Go to “Calling Plans” from the home page, select “Numero Money,” choose the amount to recharge (€2, €5, €10, €20, or €50), and complete the purchase.

Local Calling Plans allow you to make calls at local rates using a local number and local credit (minutes). You can get them as a subscription plan or purchase them separately.

Yes, to use local minutes, your number must be from the same country as the local plan.

If you run out of local minutes, you will need to purchase additional credit.

Yes, Here are the steps to buy local minutes separately:
  1. Go to "Calling Plans".
  2. Select "Local Calling Plans."
  3. Choose your country.
  4. Pick the plan that suits your needs.
Note: You will still need a local number from the same country to make calls at local rates.

If you run out of credit, the app will prompt you to recharge, and you will be guided through the process.

The app automatically uses local credit first (if available) for calls to countries supported by your local plan. If local minutes are not available, it switches to the optimal plan (Numero Money or calling bundles).

you can check your remaining credit balance directly on the dial pad. For other types of credit, such as local credit or calling plans, go to My Products > My Calling Plans to view your balance.

Currently, credit transfer is not supported. You will need to recharge your account directly to use the services.
